Research Projects
Our Current Focus
Leadership Development
We are currently conducting and analyzing a program of research to investigate college student leadership development (longitudinal and cross-sectional). Data collection is complete, and we are currently analyzing data using SEM models and validating a new leadership understanding measure.
Shared Leadership
We are conducting multiple studies in shared leadership in groups- exploring topics including the dark side of shared leadership, followership, the impact of leadership style on the emergence of shared leadership in teams, and how that leadership style impacts followership and group performance.
