Research Opportunities
Doctoral Students
Dr. Sessa plans to accept a Ph.D. student in the 2022-2023 cycle and will be looking for applicants whose interests are complementary to the lab. Interested applicants should learn more about Montclair State University's I-O Psychology Ph.D. program by visiting their website. Applications are due December 1st.
Master's Students
Master's students interested in research, and particularly those planning to apply for Ph.D. programs in the future, are encouraged to get involved in research. Individuals accepted to the I-O Psychology Master's program and interested in assisting in research-focused leadership should contact us at leaderlab@montclair.edu.
Undergrad Students
Undergraduate students interested in a career in I-O Psychology are encouraged to get involved in research early. Students who are able to volunteer ~10 hours per week for one year (including summers) and have a GPA of 3.5 or higher should contact us at wpclab@montclair.edu.
