Comparative Meta-Analysis
We are conducting a comparative meta-analysis between Organizational identity, Organizational Commitment, Job Embeddedness, and Perceived Organizational Support.
Construct Proliferation Study
We are studying construct proliferation within workplace psychological constructs. To do this, we are using substantive validity analysis and factor analyses to examine construct validity.
Measurement Development
We've been studying the proliferation of constructs within the workplace, and we're in the process of designing a new set of measurements to better capture constructs like job and organizational satisfaction, organizational justice, and perceived organizational support. We aim to eliminate any overlap in our measurements and ensure that we follow rigorous psychometrics standards.
